As we get ever closer to the release of the first adventure in the Edge of Eventide dramatic campaign, I want to give you a closer look at the player characters, starting with the art!

Lance Red has done an amazing job with these characters, using both their physical description and some information about their personality and backstory to create these illustrations. For example, Renmar and Leylinia are happily married and you can see elements of their bond in their gear. Renmar even keep a charm bearing Leylinia’s holy symbol on his bow. Little touches like this are what make these characters truly special.

Help Me Decide Who to Show off First!

The illustrations above are the black and white under-paintings of these characters, whereas the finals will be in glorious color. That is where you come in. I can’t decide which one to show off first. So I want you to tell me which one of these characters you are most excited about. From left to right, they are Valtirus, Faultier, Caeth, Leylinia, Renmar, and Karwyn.

Vote on your favorite and I will debut that character’s full color art and basic profile on Wednesday, November 23rd!

Of course, backers of the Patreon in support of the Edge of Eventide will get a look at all of the characters in the coming days, so if your favorite does not win, there are still ways to get a peek at the finished art.
